Company has an elaborated recruitment process and various tests and interviews are conducted to determine potential in the candidates and gaps are identified in the beginning so that development process could be charted out.

Basic hiring criteria is as under:

  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort level with computer keyboards.

  • Ability to recognize problems, gather information, and find the best solution.
  • Ability to prioritize, particularly under pressure.
